Company Culture is a topic that has become quite common lately. Not that it isn't something that should have always been at the forefront of businesses, however, the subject seems to pop up in just about any business related forum. Why is that? What is it about company culture that makes it so important?

At a basic core level, company culture is how you do what you do and why you do it. This can be applied to both formal and informal workplace interactions. It does make up specifics, such as organizational rules and regulations, but also the vibe of how it makes you feel.
